The Leica EM ACE900 is a high-end sample preparation system for freeze fracturing, freeze etching and high resolution cryo coating. This instrument is easy and intuitive to use. To achieve highest sample protection sample transfer, large cryo-shields, and the sample shutter are optimized. Users obtain best results because the instrument stays always in high vacuum. This is provided by a load lock system, a knife transfer, and gate valves for each e-beam source. The perfect combination of automation and optional manual operation makes the preparation process highly reproducible and flexible. Versatility, speed, and yield of your sample preparation is incomparable

The EM ACE600 is a versatile high vacuum film deposition system, designed to produce very thin, fine-grained, and conductive metal and carbon coatings for the highest resolution analysis, as required for FE-SEM and TEM applications. This fully automated table-top coater includes an integrated oil-free pumping system, quartz crystal film thickness measurement and three axis motorized stage (rotation, optional tilt and height).

Producing homogenous and conductive metal or carbon coatings for SEM and TEM analysis was never more convenient than with the Leica EM ACE200 coating system. Configured as a sputter coater or carbon thread evaporation coater, perfectly reproducible results can be achieved in the fully automated system. If both methods are required for your analysis Leica Microsystems offers a combined instrument with interchangeable heads in one instrument. Various options as Quartz Crystal Measurement, Planetary Rotation, Glow Discharge, and Exchangeable Shielding complete this Low Vacuum Coater.
